Conditions for changes and returns:
Deadline: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return.
Product condition: The shirt must be in perfect condition , unworn, unwashed and with the original tag.
Proof of purchase: It is essential to present the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
Changes:
You can exchange your t-shirt for another size or model of equal or greater value (paying the difference). If the product is defective, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
Returns:
We only issue refunds in the form of store credit or exchange for another product. No cash refunds are issued.
Where can I manage my exchange or return?
If you purchased in the physical store, go to FINCA with your product and receipt. If you purchased online, write to us at finca5000@gmail.com to coordinate the return.

Delivery times:
- We process orders within a maximum of 48 business hours .
- Delivery time will depend on the destination and the courier company.
Changes and returns:
- If you need to make an exchange or return, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer , except in the case of defective products.
